How it works

  1. Add your zone and tell us where your primary server is.
  2. Allow zone transfers from our addresses on your primary.
  3. Add ns1.otterdns.net and ns2.otterdns.net to your delegation, alongside your own nameserver.
  4. Optional: send NOTIFY to us and your changes show up in seconds.

Your primary stays in charge. We never edit your records, sign your zone, or act as your primary — and we're a secondary, so you'll always need a nameserver of your own in the delegation too.
